last wednesday i was at home all day and mr springer did not show up.at this time the lawn started looking really shabby,needed cutting.i waited till friday before i called his service telephone number,his wife answered and said bob was not comming back as he thought I was not happy with his service,i said to her i never had any such conversation with him,all our discussions were quiet normal reguarding what i needed done.i asked her if she was sure it was my house she was talking about,maybe it was someone else.she said she would have him call me.bob never did call so i called again today,the wife stated she was sure it was my house and that bob had too many clients and i would have to find someone else.this whole experience was quite bizzar,if he knew he had too much work it would of been nice of him to let me know so i can make arrangements to have someone else maintain my lawn. this treatment was quite shabby.i would not refer this company to any of my friends.he used me to make money when the season was slow and now work was picking up he found an excuse to drop my service.anyone using this service to be aware of what they do,crappy.
