+ -1 moreThe sloppiest work I have ever seen! Stucco flaking, drywall texture inconsistant, made a huge mess of the floors so bad I had to pay the tile setter for 2 extra days to clean up.I told him over and over how I wanted it done, but he did not take any pride in his work. I got his name from an aluminum contractor who used him to stucco the exterior of his home and he was happy, but this guy is not qualified to do interior work. I would never recommend him to anyone. He continued to have money prolems and requested "draws" he did not finish and I had to threaten court for him to leave.. He'll try to do way more than he's qualified.
Description of Work: Description of work: Stucco outside. Drywall and "Knock Down" finish on the inside. The home was purchased with the intent to redo the interior and exterior from hurricane damage. The home was owned by one family prior so other than minor water damage all the work performed was cosmetic. King Plastering (David Mack) "up charged" every instance possible. For example -- $200 charge to go to the landfill, changes in stucco charges based on the area. King plastering can/will do good work if bounded to the job promised -- nothing more. David Mack continues to attempt work outside his craft of plastering. He'll convince you he can do carpentry, pluming and concrete. All of which will be substandard. Additionally, David Mack will attempt to always add and cloud the existing contract. BEWARE -- HE IS NOT LICENSED IN THE CITY OR THE COUNTY. BEWARE -- KING PLASTERING IS NOT INSURED WHATSOEVER. HUGE LIABILITY. KING PLASTERING WILL CLOUD THE CONTRACT AND PAYMENT. KING PLASTERING WILL NOT ACCEPT A 1099.
