Very disappointing. Would never call again to get a job done.

The structure was finished in about four days of total work time. Other than a problem with one of the two screen door locks (which they eventually replaced) and rain hold ups, all proceeded as per quote.

Estimate was done and signed on October 12th 2009. Concrete work had to be done first which will be reviewed in another posting. The concrete work was completed with-in 3 days. We were told that the enclosure people would contact us about starting the patio work. 2 weeks went by with no contact. I called the number on the contract and left 2 messages with no response. I finally called the concrete guy who did the earlier job and obtained Mr. Mahlschnee's cell number. As it turned out, he was out of own with a "death in the family" but said that his foreman sould be in touch with us. I expressed my condolences but explained that if the foreman was in town all this time, we should have gotten a phone call. I gave the benifit of the doubt and said, "Let's start fresh". Work was started one week later and completed in about 3 days. The guys were fast and neat. After the next rain, we discovered that the roof was leaking in many places. We called the cell number again and someone came out with a caulk gun to make repairs. After the next rain shower, the roof is still leaking between each roof panel. Needless to say, this made covering the patio a complete waste of time since you can not sit out there while it is raining. We have decided to cut our losses and repair the roof ourselves. This comapny was the lowest bid so I guess we got what we paid for. Buyer beware!

30 feet they missed the secure attachment. The back of the gutters is hanging loose. Unprofessional, shoddy workmanship, I have told them about this and they refuse to come out and fix it or replace it. I would never recommend them to anyone.
