Jordan Bros. Concrete

They do poor work and DO NOT "back up" their work. Too bad I cannot post the pictures here, as these pictures speak volumes, with our pool deck extension developing large cracks in multiple places within one month of completion of the work. Peter Jordan, with his concrete expertise, claims that our 2-foot thick 8' x 26' concrete extension developed these multiple large cracks extending the entire way in both directions so quickly because I did not immediately sod the 26' long by 1' wide swath of dirt left on the long side in 50 degree weather; because, let's face it, you need those strong and deep sod roots to "hold the new concrete slab in place." As opposed to their digging and tamping and pouring the concrete all within 2 days, using no expansion joints anywhere in the new slab, and joining the new concrete to the old concrete with no joints (the largest cracks run along the entire margins of both joinings). It seems that all of the other concrete workers and engineers I have spoken with do not know of what they are speaking, compared with Peter Jordan's expertise. They did terrible work for us and should not get anybody's concrete business.

His men came right out, and I was very pleased with his work.  I will call him again if I need it.
