JOHN FOSSATI GARAGE DOORS

Ben was very responsive; he and John showed up as scheduled for measurements and then ordered my new shower door. The doors arrived as promised and were installed within the week They look great. The problem? I paid by check upon completion of the work and NEVER received a paid invoice (with labor + materials detail) as requested for my records, even after sending multiple reminders. Shady at best.

It was very good. He was professional.

Very bad. I give their customer service 0 stars, completely worthless. They did not communicate, just showed up at my rental's doorstep, did not take picture required, did not call back or text back. When I spoke to the owner, he yelled at me at the top of his voice and said it was all my fault and they had done nothing wrong. It was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Caution: Do not use!

One phone call to John Fossati Doors solved all my problems 1 2 3. Very professional, no high sells. Just analyzed the job and gave me a fair price and the job was done perfectly . The technician Blaine was spectacular and did everything and more to do the job in an excellent and caring way. I would highly recommend them and would like to thank them for good and fair fast service.

It’s so refreshing when you find a people like John and Benjamin who I contracted to remover a glass shower door and replace it for a new all glass shower door! They told me after measuring the shower door, would take about two weeks for they new glass door to arrive. Two weeks later, they came to my home, removed the old glass door and installed the new all glass shower door. They were very fast and neat with the installation of the glass door. They cleaned up everything and were very professional and courteous and did a phenomenal job! Thank you!

Awesome service from Blaine and Ben! Came the same day I called and replaced two springs on my garage door. Honest, friendly, and competent work. They arrived on time and finished the job in less time then estimated. I will recommend their service and be using them for all my future garage door needs!!!

I called John Fossati Garage Doors at 8am and by 3pm my new garage door, tracks and springs were installed. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a responsive, professional company that takes pride in the work they do....yes, it still exists out there!!!

We call them. They took forever to show up.  They attempted to fix the bay door and 2 days later it broke again. On top of that, they requested a payment from us so we were charged for their incomplete work. We called them back many times to come and finish and got no response. Finally, they came back took the chain and other parts with them and never came back with the right parts to finish the work.  We ended up having to call another company and pay again to fix it correctly.
