Seven repair calls. No one can fix this machine so that the soap rinses out.

Misrepresented costs, tried to charge delivery charge w/o disclosing after entire bill had been paid in full when I called to arrange delivery. Promised installation of appliance and did not mention cost, delivery guy said install would be $199 more. We returned one appliance and they failed to refund w/o repeated calls, 60 days until refund received after we disputed charge on credit card. Not a good experience.

I would refer anybody to them without any hesitation. They give you excellent value and couldn't give you better service.

Service is horrible--they order wrong parts twice and broke door opener on trying to install wrong part. Dont show up as promised. Bob Waltz is anything but customer service as Cris the head of service ---or should I say the head of no service. Buy from another source!!!!!

I love them. They are a locally owned company. It is run very efficiently. I bought new appliances when I remodeled my kitchen and I bought a new washer and dryer. I buy everything from them. Their pricing is as good or better than any of the other big box stores. They are wonderful. They have a great sales staff. The people on the floor know the products and they can answer my questions. The first question they ask in the service department is if I bought my appliance from them. If I bought it from them and I have a problem, my little worksheet appears to go right on top of the stack. If you didn't purchase it from them, you are going to wait and I love that loyalty. They are cheaper. I bought a blue ray disc player from them and it didn't work for me because of the way my room is laid out. It had a fairly narrow cone of focus where the remote would work. I had bought it and it had just sat for a month. It was out of warranty before I ever got it hooked up. I talked to my salesman and he said to bring it back and they would figure out something. They were very fair and they didn't have to do anything. They replaced it because I wasn't happy about it even though there was nothing wrong with it. I've used them for 10-15 years, if not longer. I won't go anywhere else. I have looked elsewhere and if I can buy it for the same or less here, then why should I go anywhere else. It is a mom and pop business and they have done really well because they know how to run a business efficiently. They have been in business for over 40 years.

We would highly recommend them. They are sort of a local appliance and TV type place, but they are very good. They are very good price-wise and service-wise. They were someone we hadn't considered before, but would definitely use them again and definitely recommend people to at least give them a chance and look at their offerings, and they will be surprised. They are really very good. It was surprising that they were prices were best on appliances and even things like TVs where there is a lot of competition.

They are the most skilled and the most professional. They gave a very fair price for high-end appliances.
