+ -1 moreI would not use Jays floors and more for any tile installation that you wish done correctly. I ordered 6x24in Porcelain tiles installed. The installers disregarded the instructions printed on the box to overlap the tiles by 30% and installed the tiles in a random pattern, they disregarded the overlap required by the manufacturer who printed it conspicuously on the box. They also did not measure or start in the center of the room which caused there to be a full tile on one end and a small strip on the opposite wall. They also grouted within 2 hours of the installation which is not recommended. I contacted Jay who said he would be out to inspect but never came, He also said he has never heard of a tile needing to be installed with a 30%overlap and has his installers install in a random pattern. Overall a very poor installation by unprofessional installers. Other tile professionals I had come in to estimate the other bath confirmed that this installation was done improperly. I like to do business with local businesses but do not recommend Jays Floors and more.
