Jim came out and gave me an estimate and was able to start the job a week later. I was a little weary about paying for supplies up front as I have been burned in the past by contractors. Jim agreed to allow me to pay for the supplies on delivery day. He came back after completion and let me see each zone in action and adjusted the heads to my liking.  His price was better than the others I got and I don't feel like there was any compromise on the quality of the job. Would recommend

Jim was helpful and responsive. He always got back to me and followed up on a couple small tweaks and additional sprinkler heads that I decided to add to the flower bed after his initial work. He was extremely easy to work with and I believe his pricing was fair.

He is a courteous and very nice young man. He was very fast and efficient. We got a one year warranty warranty with our purchase. He also gave us a $20 discount! Then, we used his services again in June of 2014 when he replaced a one horsepower Jet Pump. The brand he used was better than the one we had previously! With tax that was 532.50. Finally, there were  a couple of times we needed a little extra help and he came out to make minor adjustments for free. He made sure all the sprinkler heads were working correctly.
