 + -1 moreFrank from start to finish was very professional, curteous, knowledgable, and efficient. He does a very thorough job and patiently answers any and all questions asked. He goes above and beyond his duties and does so cheerfully. He provided a home inspection for our very first house, so he helped us along the way and was very clear in communicating what to do to ain't sin the home, what not to do, what every thing in the house does and works, and what issues needs to be fixed. We would doubly, highly recommend him! Frank is a true gem...hard working and honest!!
Description of Work: Frank inspected our home we were purchasing. He was very thorough, making sure the water and electricity was on in order to properly inspect every appliance, etc. He walked us through answering any and every question we had and recommend proper maintenance or fixes. We received a very clear, precise, detailed, and professional inspection report very quickly! He did excellent work!
