The business owners were especially understanding and accommodating as my husband and I were experiencing a family crisis during the experience. They very patiently worked with us.

Quality work

The employees were professional, however, the cost was very high. I was told there would be no charge for a quote I was told that I needed to have required three new locks on my shutters because they did not have the same locks and given a quote of $275. It was decided during the work decided that I did not new locks they simply cleaned and lubricated them. One of the shutters was repaired. They were here all of 1/2 hour. I was charged the full amount of the quote $275. I wrote the company and they advised me a $160 of this charge was for the quote. No response on the fact that the locks part of their quote but not changed.
