Not well. I am reviewing the management of the business here. They have had phone system problems for the last 3-4 years I have been going there. You cannot call the Dr's office directly. You have to go through the phone system for everything. If you need a Rx refill, you leave a message and people are supposed to call back. They don't. The pharmacy attempts to get a refill they don't answer them either. I found out this is because of outdated fax numbers that change from time to time at this practice's phone system. Other various issues as well that relate to appointments, call backs, etc. They have a patient portal that was supposed to solve these issues so that you can get lab work results, request appointments, get Rx refills through the interface. The Dr doesn't get or check his messages. My Dr just shakes his head and says it's a problem. So I have decided to find a new Dr outside of this system. I would not recommend a Dr in this practice because the practice management is a nightmare to deal with.

They have several floors and different doctors. My Primary Care Doctor is in there. I like the doctors there, the people I deal with and the atmosphere. I would use them again in future.

Dr. McManus has an unbelievable bedside manner. He listens, he explains. He researched my husbands history and his view as to treatment leans conservative......gradually checking to see what and how the course of treatment is working. He even explained how the meds my husband was/will be taking work, the pros and cons as well. There was no rush through his appt. I am extremely confident in this Doctor's ability to treat my husband.

Multiple phone calls trying to resolve one problem ended up with my driving to the office and refusing to leave until they had resolved the problem. Absolute insanity.

Terrible, I was told to drink 32 oz. of water before my appointment.  The purpose of this is to see your bladder full and then after going to the bathroom seeing the bladder agian.  I was sent here because I was not emptying my bladder.  Well you drink 32 oz of water and then wait over 1 1/2 hours for the ultra sound.  Needless to say, I had to go to the bathroom before the ultra sound.  On top of this, they started with the kidney instead of the bladder. I asked them to do the bladder first, but this was not their procedure. 
For procedures that would require prompt scheduling, they should treat this like an emergency room (on a need basis, not by appointment).

They offer a lot thing so you just go one place. They are usually on time and they are excellent.

Was due a six month Ptolia injection for osteoporosis on April 1 but they do not have drug although it was authorized by my insurance company. Still as of today they cannot give me a reason.

Drove to dr office 4/20 and asked to see a doctor. Was told to come back 4/21. Saw Dr. Pearlstine (he is great).  He had wife admitted to Port St Lucie Medical Center immediately.  I am confident that tests will result in an accurate diagnosis and treatment. 
All staff, volunteers, doctors have treated us with the utmost courtesy, respect and professionalism.

I saw Dr. Kurecki. He is very nice and took blood when I asked him to have a thyroid panel completed. He didn't ask me any questions about my symptoms or why I wanted a panel completed. It runs in my family and my mother had a hard time being diagnosed with it. He said someone would call me within 3 days to give me the results. No one called. I called and left a message because you cannot speak to a person unless you're calling for an appointment. The voicemail said they would call back within 3 days tops. That never happened. It has been 2 weeks and 2 days and still nothing. I called again and they said the nurse should have given me information on the day of my visit for the "patient portal" website where my test results would be uploaded. She also said they must have been normal or someone would have called me. They definitely need to work on there communication skills and it wouldn't hurt if the doc asked some questions. I also waited over an hour for an appointment that lasted 10 minutes.

Because Doctor Dennis is part of this group, I have to use them. No response from Pharmacy, nurses desk, and head nurse on emergency call. Doctor Dennis is excellent. They all went on holiday!

I've been seeing the doctor for about two years.  He is efficient, kind and never rushes the patient.  Very good assistants.  Timely with appointment, prescriptions and interaction with other doctors.

Surgery and follow up was performed excellently by Dr. Dennis.

There is a problem with the staff members at the pharmacy and on-call nurses, who do not respond to voice mail messages, left on numerous times, when I was in severe pain, and had run out of my pain medication. These staff members may be overwhelmed, yet I was very disappointed in the lack of communication in the time of need.

Dr. Dennis made the difference in my high marks for his professionalism, and performance of his surgery.

Dr. Bradley has been our family's physician since we moved to PSL in May 2013. When I asked for a referral for a pain doctor, he gave me one, but he also discussed my ailment and recommended an OMT. Since I had a lumbar strain of the 4th vertebrae (i.e., lower back pain) forty years ago, and had lived with the off-and-on-pain since then, I wasn't keen on having an OMT. However, after thinking about it for a while, I decided to go ahead. I've never seen a chiropractor, and didn't know what a spinal adjustment could be like. The treatment was uncomfortable, but not painful, and it went quickly. Dr. Bradley adjusted the lower third and upper third of my spine - and I haven't had any pain since!

Doctor and staff were great! If I develop heart problems in the future, this is where I will go.

Dr Kirby was very professional; didn't rush and was very sympathetic to my concerns.

Amazing Dr. Very competent and thorough.

Dr. Michael Dennis was calm, friendly, and professional. He was more experienced than my primary physician and was able to tell me the prostate is not enlarged. The drug regimen he put me on cleared up my problem completely.

The atmosphere at the clinic was quiet and friendly. The office was spacious and comfortable and the receptionist greeted me with a smile. I was called into exam room with 5 mins of my actual exam time. The Doctor was courteous, jovial and respectful. He engaged me in conversation and I felt comfortable telling him details of my medical history. Overall I was very impressed and would recommend Heart and Family to friends and associates.

Dr. Fahkry has been my mother's primary for several years. She is very caring and good with her patients. I for one I'm planning to make her my doctor very soon. I highly recommend this doctor and her staff.  I must say they are very very nice.
