Lawn Service
The owner's name was Mac and he wasn't providing a service. He was charging me for cutting the lawn and because I was a snowbird I didn't see what was happening. I found out that he wouldn't come for three or four weeks at a time and the house looked terrible. So I contacted him and canceled him. His price was average. But when you don't provide a service, it's not a good value. Once I told him that he wasn't performing the job he said he would take care of it and he would be out there on a regular weekly basis. He did better but as soon I got down there and saw what he was doing I just said it wasn't good enough.
