My desktop is connected to my router wirelessly. Something happened and while my computer was connected to my router, I couldn?t get onto the internet. I attempted to scan the issue using my AVG software and it didn?t find anything. I researched online and tried the options I found, but I still couldn?t figure it out. I found this company on Angie?s list and contacted the owner. The owner, Frank was kind and punctual. He explained everything to me, answered all my questions without making feel foolish and fixed the issue QUICK. He explained to me the issues and how to prevent it in the future. He even provided me free software that allows him to remote into my computer if another issue occurs.
He also did work at my business and fixed my very slow computer and once again, fast & efficient. He also provided me the software so if any other issues occur that need immediate assistance he can log right on.
Best of all, HE?S AFFORDABLE. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you care a lot about your computers.
