Galeforce Hurricane Shutters

The tech who came out was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Not only did he do a thorough job servicing the shutters but he was happy to explain to me how they worked and the maintenance they needed.

I called Galeforce Hurricane Shutters yesterday afternoon and told them what I needed. We made an appointment for this morning. The young man was here on time and knew exactly what needed to be done, did it quickly and professionally and cleaned up after himself. He also helped me restack my shutters after he finished. Can't ask for more than that!!!

Tim, the installer, arrived on time and proceeded to work immediately. He was friendly and efficient. When a minor problem arose, he evaluated possible solutions and always seemed to choose the best solution. Once installed I was instructed in their operation and allowed to close and open each one. The shutters look good and will improve the value of my house. I got an excellent produce and excellent service for my money.

Called for quote, they responded within 24 hours came out, measured and returned a professional quote via email within 12 hours of measuring. I agreed to price and terms, gave a deposit (50%) and was promised the job would be complete within 4 weeks (permitting withstanding) after 2 weeks I recieved a call permit and product was ready 2 days later they were installed one day later inspected and passed. I paid the rest of the bill and was followed up after 3 weeks later to see if I liked the way they looked and for referrals. Great customer service all the way through !!!!
