+ -1 moreI called Galeforce Hurricane Shutters yesterday afternoon and told them what I needed. We made an appointment for this morning. The young man was here on time and knew exactly what needed to be done, did it quickly and professionally and cleaned up after himself. He also helped me restack my shutters after he finished. Can't ask for more than that!!!
Description of Work: I needed two panels of my hurricane shutters resized. A lot of companies don't want to bother with such a small job.

Description of Work: We were having trouble getting Hurricane Shutters (accordian) to close. GaleForce came out, checked all the shutters and recommended repairs to the sliding glass door shutters. They made two trips with two people. The service was punctual and professional. They inspected and repaired several shutter for free. They were able to repair these even though they did not install them nor do they carry this type of shutter. My handyman was there the next day and I asked him to inspect the work. He was able to close all the shutters with no problem. He thought the work was well done and the proper solution.

+ -1 moreTim, the installer, arrived on time and proceeded to work immediately. He was friendly and efficient. When a minor problem arose, he evaluated possible solutions and always seemed to choose the best solution. Once installed I was instructed in their operation and allowed to close and open each one. The shutters look good and will improve the value of my house. I got an excellent produce and excellent service for my money.
Description of Work: An estimate was provided to shutter my entire house. I was able to select which areas I wanted to shutter and an itemized estimate was provided the next day. I accepted the estimate and we set the date for 2 weeks. As soon as the permit was prepared Galeforce called and work began the next Monday. The estimate was right on.

+ -1 moreCalled for quote, they responded within 24 hours came out, measured and returned a professional quote via email within 12 hours of measuring. I agreed to price and terms, gave a deposit (50%) and was promised the job would be complete within 4 weeks (permitting withstanding) after 2 weeks I recieved a call permit and product was ready 2 days later they were installed one day later inspected and passed. I paid the rest of the bill and was followed up after 3 weeks later to see if I liked the way they looked and for referrals. Great customer service all the way through !!!!
Description of Work: Company provided a professional quote (out of 3 companies that were just general pricing) and I knew exactly what each opening cost me as well as permitting fees. Had my entire house covered in accordion shutters, as well as 3 of my neighbors and all were very happy. I would recommend this company as professional form start to finish and very competitive on price.
