What a great experience from the start to finish. I bought a new A/C unit cause my house was so hot and my electric bill was outrageous. The unit never shut off, So I purchased a larger unit thinking that would help. Unfortunately my house continued to be hot! Charles came out and installed R38 insulation. Which helped but unfortunately my house was still 78-82 degrees. I contacted Charles and told him what was happening. He came out asap did thermal scanning and discovered that there was a possible problem with my new A/C unit! I called the A/C company the first thing out their mouth was that my insulation was bad!!! Without even checking my unit. I told them I had insulation installed just days ago and to please call Charles if you needed any details. After the diagnostics testing was done I did in fact have an issue with the unit! I am so grateful for Charles and his team. They were professional, caring and honest. Just awesome to work with. We got our various estimates for an attic insulation job, but as soon as I met Charles, I knew I was dealing with a straight shooter. He went over all the problems I was having in the attic and showed them to me. He stays in direct contact with you and comes back a couple weeks later to make sure everything is working as it should. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

They did a very good job, Charles is very knowledgeable and explained things to us very well. I highly recommend this company!

French’s are very good at what they do. They are on time, very professional showing you the hot spots in your house. They sealed around all the high hats lighting. Cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them highly.

CHARLIE was the consummate professional! He showed up within an hours of my call, quoted the job the same day and finished it four days later in four hours. Quite reasonable price too. We did blow in insulation in the attic and he recommended and installed a solar attic fan. Highly recommend.

Worked out well

It was nice to see the excitement about me wanting to do full radiant barrier along with sealing gaps and upgrading to R-60 blown in insulation. They were prepared, walked me through the job when I came up to have a look, and we're friendly and efficient. Great work! My home is immediately more comfy and the AC isn't coming on nearly as often. Can't wait to watch my electric bill!

After installation was performed, contractor failed to response. After Angi intervene contractor was very apologetic and completed project.
