Falco Home Improvements

This was a new home that we needed additional work to be done before move in. Falco was very prompt, came exactly when we agreed and had about 8 folks working on the first day. He completed the work on time and on budget. The workers were courteous and helpful. This is the second project that Mike has completed for us and we would use him again.

We had two tall bookcases, a computer desk and hutch and a small file cabinet to be assembled.  My husband helped a little bit because it was awkward for one person to handle the larger pieces.  The man from Falco (I think his name was Paul) did a wonderful job.  He was quick, neat, knowledgeable and courteous.  We were absolutely satisfied.

Mike Falco sub contracts his work out. He does not do the work himself, I should have known at that point to not use him. I had him do several project around my house. Had him replace some T-11 his guy that came did a ok job nothing exceptional. The worst part was his plumber. I my conversation with Falco we discussed the outside shower plumbing had to be fixed and replaced. We agreed that the tile around the shower wall might have to be removed by CUTTING it out. When his plumber came to do the job he did  not come prepared to do the job by cutting the tiles instead he SMASHED them into pieces. So know I can not just put back my own tiles, I have to completely replace the whole wall of tile. I going to cost me about $1000.00 in repairs.If I could post some pictures I would it a complete mess. I WOULD NOT HIRE FALCO HOME IMPROVEMENTS.

Handy man showed up as scheduled,was pleasant enough.Fixed magnet in cabinet which fell off a week later.Replaced screen door closer,but put the metal stopper thing on backwards,so door wouldn't stay open.Replaced screen door handle in garage to my satisfaction,but it would not have been if I had not stood over him and made him redo it twice.Did do nice job of fixing sagging door.Said that he would have another guy call me about re-screening door,but no one ever called.

I can not begin to explain how wonderful my experience was with Falco Home Improvements. I have had many handymen work on our house but he is by far the most impressive. I have received countless compliments on my kitchen and will definitely use his services again in the very near future. I can tell you that if you are looking for any home improvements there is no need to look any further.

He finishes beautiful. He comes on time. I had a three-page list of work to do. He did it in such short notice. It is great having someone you can actually rely on. He is very professional, he is licensed. It is all perfect.
