Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Well this morning, as it was cold out, I decided to put on the heat.....NOTHING.....I thought to myself after reading the reviews....I bet he did something to the thermostat so that it wouldn't work during heating season, so he would have to come back for a service call......and by golly I was right.....we took it apart and he had it set for gas.....of course it would not operate set for gas, we have electric heat.....simple mistake, I think not, the man does this for a living...I mean if I knew this about a thermostat he sure should.......so.........we fixed it ourselves and all is well, thanks to these reviews.....

"Client Paid $150.00 pr year for a service acctually a amaintenece Contract which gives him 2 maintenece visits per year plus priority service in event of breakdown his motor goes bad part is Covered by manufacturers part warranty we just charged him labor to go and get part and then install it what have we done wrong guess he misunderstood the maintenence Conmtract ???"

The work was done in an acceptable fashion. It could have gone smoother if the man had been up front. I should have told him I wanted the credit. He never gave me the full credit. I got the credit from the Florida Power and Light Company. There was a second rebate that I had to chase him for and settle for a lesser amount. He offers 24 hour service as part of his deal. A while ago there was a problem, a fuse blew. It required a service call. I did not have a contract with they guy, I am a pay as you go kind of guy. Even though I got cheated by him, I had to have the service done. He said he would be here in an hour and a half. That time came and went and then I called him. He told me his guy was not coming. He never informed that he was not coming. I have cut my ties with this guy.

We bought our house in 2008. In Nov 2009 we received a citation from the building department for a/c changeout w/o a permit. The a/c unit had been done in 2006 by Excel a/c and heating and the owner, Nigel had not pulled a permit. We called him because his info was on the ac unit he never returned the call. We finally reached him and he flat out told us that he didn't pull pemits then because the city was not checking as much. He told us he would pull the permit if we paid him $150. Wasn't he supposed to do that in the first place???? We are responsible for $150 permit because he didn't do his job. Do not hire him, he doesn't pull permits for his job.

"Back in 2006 Puliing of permits for a straight AC Change out without modifications was not Compulsary Since then the City of PSL has clamped down somewhat and this one was found But this one Was installed before I purchased the Company by the Former owners"
