I had the car towed from the dealership, where I did NOT have work performed, to Euro/*** Auto Repair. They assessed the car and uncovered that although my initial issue had appeared to resolve itself with no performance issue (regarding hesitation upon acceleration), they verified that the oil change was due and there was an oil leak and a crack in the radiator. They were of the utmost integrity in sharing that these repairs were not related to my original issue and I could opt out of the radiator repair until a later date, since the leak was not overly excessive.
The oil leak was most crucial, since it could have harmed the engine long term, but I felt comfortable with the fact that they deal primarily with imported cars like mine and my car was an older model that I needed to keep on the road. They provide me options with and without the radiator work. Although I could have waited on the radiator, I opted to have all the work done because they were honest about all aspects of what the car was in need of once they had it in their shop.
Within 24 hours, all the work was completed and the car was ready for pick up. During the 48 hours they assessed & repaired it, I spoke to the team there who are very professional and courteous. Great workmanship, fast turnaround and a high level of integrity...along with over a $1,000.00 savings over what a dealership purported was needed. I highly recommend them if you own an imported vehicle--especially if it requires special attention.
