I attempted to replace it myself since I did it approx. 10 years ago. I couldn't get it to come out even with a puller that I purchased at HomeDepot. I called Ernie's and explained my situation. Ernie came out the next day. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He was able to get it out with his expertise and the right tools.

Ernie is a busy guy and sometimes too busy for emergency repairs. I caught him on one of those days but he did eventually get here and replace a broken hose bib. He charged me $135 the repair which was fair. He was pleasant and professional.

We had a hot water pipe leaking under the garage floor. Ernie came out when promised, quickly found the source of the leak, broke up the concrete to access it, and fixed the leak. He was very knowledgeable and explained the exact cause of the leak and what needed to be done to fix it properly. He also checked to make sure we didn't have any other leaks. My parents just had a similar job done by a different plumber and they had to have a separate contractor come out just to detect the leak. Ernie also referred me to someone to fix the concrete. The work area was left clean and we are very pleased. I was also happy that the hole was not as large as I anticipated and I can still park my car in the garage until it's fixed. We would definitely hire Ernie again for our plumbing needs.

Ernie is prompt and professional.  I had a list of "projects" and Ernie completed all efficiently with great results! Rates are very reasonable.  Will call on Ernie's Plumbing for any future needs.  

Called at 7am and the repairs were complete by 11am. The plumber, Chas, was great - explained what was wrong, what was needed, and how much it would cost before he did anything. Im confident everything was fixed properly, and the service comes with a 1 yr warranty on parts and labor. He also warned me not to use bleach tablets in the tank as they eat at the rubber seals - probably a contributing factor to some of our toilet problems! 

Will happily use Ernie's Plumbing again if we have another plumbing issue.

I had a leak in the wall in my garage.  Ernie removed a section of wall, and the leak was obviously from a pipe within the concrete slab.  He did leak detection to confirm, then installed a pipe to bypass the leaky one.  Upon testing, another pipe began leading.  Ultimately he did 2 bypasses.  It took about 12 man hours, plus some parts.  The work appears to be good quality, and he claims the price (over $200 per hour!) was competitive.  I will shop around more next time, regardless of the urgency, and won't be calling him again unless other quotes are really outrageous (as this was).

First of all, Ernie actually answered his phone when I called so it wasn't necessary to wait for a call back ...........which can be a huge waste of time.  We scheduled a visit for his next available opening right then.  Ernie showed up on time and did a great job. He was very professional and charged us exactly what he quoted on the phone. When he was finished, he took the old toilet to the street and broke it up because he said that the trash crews wouldn't pick it up otherwise. I will definitely use him again and recommend his services to my friends and neighbors.

Ernies Plumbing LLC was thorough, competent, and patient. He is the best.

The first time we called Ernie we had a leaking sink that my buddies and I tried to fix and failed. He arrived when he said he would and fixed the problem. He left the house clean after fixing the problem at a reasonable price. When we had a leaking filtered water dispenser, we called Ernie. He came, told us to buy a new one and would return the nextday to install it which he did, and while here fixed 2 broken faucets with parts sent by manufacturer. There was no charge for the diagnosis call. He is neat, efficient and is happy to be of help at a reasonable price.

Ernie was quite pleasant on the phone and worked with our schedule. He arrived on time and had no problems with what we wanted done. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner , and all work areas were left clean. I will call Ernie again if I have any plumbing problems.

Called plumber because we had a leak under the kitchen sink. Ernie said he could be here in about an hour and he was right on time. Found put that we had a bad faucet. He said he'd be back the next morning to install the new faucet for me, he even gave me some pointers as to what to look for in a faucet. He was here the next morning, as promised. Had the job done in less than an hour. Cleaned up the area after both visits. Was friendly and efficient. Would definitely call him again.

The problem was the drain line for the Washing Machine was clogged and backing up into the kitchen sink. I called Ernie around 10am, describing the problem, and asked him for a price over the phone.He quoted me a flat rate of $100 to do the job. He did the service around 3pm the same day, billed my credit card and emailed me an invoice. Great experience with this Contractor. I will definitely use his services again if the need arises.

He is very pleasant. He came in and went straight into the work. I tried to talk to him, but he was strictly business and was very professional. He is very neat and left everything very neat and clean. I would definitely call him back if I need to.
