It did NOT go at all. After more than 10 years of initial purchase/installation and continuous service contracts, the Company has repeatedly promised to prepare a written proposal for the parts and service. The whole house 35KW generator has not worked at all since July of this past year. I have not had return phone calls ("I promise you will hear back from us by 4:00"). I have NEVER received a proposal ("I am working on the proposal right now and will e-mail it to you by 4:00") despite several assurances. Unconscionable conduct. Tens of thousands of dollars cumulatively and during the first prolonged power loss since installation I sat in the dark.

They came out in February and also six months before that. They came out promptly. They had to take it all apart. They had four or five different technicians here at different times to actually get it solved so that it would run again. The next time the power went out it still didn't come on so I had to call them again.  When we called them they came out quickly again to look it over and they recommended putting in the same part they had put in six months before and charged $400. I called the office and they said if it made it work that was good and if they had to put in a new part, they would do it under warranty. It still didn’t work and it is not working now. At this point I am unhappy with them. I am not finished dealing with them. It is important for my mom to have electricity if the power goes out because she is 92 and she lives by herself. The pricing was high but I think the pricing is high for everything. I'm only going to use them if I can get them to do something under warranty.
