The crew showed up right on time. They identified the leak in my tile roof and repaired it. I'm very happy with the project; the crew was very meticulous with their work.

We were in a 15 day time crunch from our insurance company. Ruth could not have been more polite and responsive. She made us feel so confident that we didn't bother contacting another roofer. She scheduled their reasonable estimate right away and then scheduled the repair work in a few days. The worker came right on time, took before and after pictures for our insurance company, and Ruth emailed the requested receipt and pictures to us so we could forward them to our agent. We are so grateful to Angi for making El Mago's Roofing available to us. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best roofing company.

This company was terrific to deal with. They responded to our roof leak immediately in the pouring rain, evaluated where it was coming from and said they would be there Monday morning at 9:00am and they were here at 8:00 a.m. He worked for 7 hours and did a great job. I would highly recommend them. They are licensed and insured and will send you over those documents upon request.

Its been a long time since we have received this great of service in a long time. They were very professional and had my repair done within days. They said they would come at 9:00 and my door rang at 9:00. The repair was done very well!

Ruth was our Contact / estimator person., Noel did the inspection, going throughout the attic, not just where I knew problems were. Very professional and exceptional service. The crew of 2 did a fantastic job of solving 4 leaks on the Tile Roof. I got 3 estimates and 1 company Missed 1 leak that would have been major problems later. They arrived as planned and water tested their work when completed, then left like I had a brand new roof. Job well done 1st time, and priced right. I checked their license and BBB, Active and no problems I would hire them again, they did more then expected while repairing roof, and did NOT add to the price. Wished there were more Contractors like El Mago's.

El Mago Roofing repaired a leak in my asphalt roof pre-hurrican, almost a month ago. I was very pleased with their prompt response to all of my questions and timely arrival for appointments. They did an excellent job of replacing the soggy wet plywood, and sealant as shown in their photos, and left no mess for me to cleanup. I repainted the ceiling in the area of the leak and have not seen any indication that the repair was anything but well done. Working with El Mago Roofing is the best I have experienced in my eight years in this area as related to courtesy, promptness and affability.

This space is not big enough to describe how great this company is. Honest estimate. Really fair price. Hard working men. Scheduled my repair really fast. If you are a woman requesting service from this company, they listened to my descriptions and suggestions and were not condescending or rude. I described the problems I was having, they addressed every one with courtesy and fairness. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family, and strangers if they will listen!
