It’s not often I’m over the top impressed with a company’s work, but this is the case with the job done in our townhouse by DTR. Everything was perfect from the first moment I sent them a message. They answered immediately. Date for estimate was set up right away. Tommy Sr. came and do the estimate—fair and very reasonable quote. Tommy Jr. came on a Sunday morning to accommodate our very tight schedule of cabinets being delivered. The work was done quickly and correctly. We had thought we needed to cover this tile floor but by the time he was done it looked so great we realized we didn’t have to. He replaced 13 random tiles that were chipped or broken. He also matched the 20 year old grout. He left us with a jar of chip repair paint for future use. This is a family business and everyone we dealt with was so nice! They keep you updated on everything via text message which is super helpful and convenient. Just hire them. I did all the legwork for you. You’ll thank me!

Terrible, he arrived with his two kids, did the floors, and left, I tried to catch him immediately as he had not done the bathrooms as contracted and paid for, he would not comeback, said he would come by later, never did , we had paid him in full in cash to him as he wanted. We called repeatedly , usually no returned call, on one contact on the phone he was swearing at my husband profusely. Using the F word. Job was never finished, there were sealer paint splashes on wall and several pieces of furniture, I took photos and was able to get it off. I have the contract here proving payment in cash as well as photos.

He managed to put some sort of glue down that began to show through the tile. I figure the glue would have to dry, so I didn?t say anything at first. But then I noticed that the glue was showing through the tile, which was really weird, but dried like that. Every tile looked a little different.  He came back to look at it and said he would fix it all.

He still has not done anything about it and I had to replace the entire floor due to his work.  I understand he didn?t mean to do this or for this to happen, but it did an he didn?t do anything to fix it.

I wouldn't trust this guy to do anything.

He was on time and was very neat. He did what he said he was gonna do and did a great job!

I would not recommend them. A friend had recommended him. He claimed that he would regrout everything and make the tiles gleam. He did regrout everything but he couldn't get the tiles clean. I called him a couple of times afterward and he never returned my call. He said he tried everything he could but he couldn't get the tiles clean. If he couldn't do the work he shouldn't have charged the amount of money he charged.
