Dean was very professional and always on time. I was pleased with the quality of his work when he was finished. He added a new addition for my bathroom, removed a wall in my kitchen, he closed in a patio to make it living space for an extra living room. I was happy with his work so I had him re-do my kitchen cabinets, and tile through out the kitchen & my bathroom. I was always changing or adding something & he was very patient with me and when there was a problem he took care of it right away to make it right. I would hire him again.

Hired Dean to enclose my carport to a garage. I submitted the architectural plans to my association for approval, but the association regulations don t allow it and was not approved. Dean refunded the balance of my deposit. Professional and appreciated.

A swarm of honeybees built a hive in an opening between the framing around a bay window and our roof. I contacted a beekeeper to remove them, which required removing and pretty much destroying the soffit/facia and the surrounding trim work. I contacted Detailed Enterprises and Dean Roberts paid a visit the same day. He pointed out how the design of that portion of the house offered an invitation to bees, wasps and other critters to invade our home. By the next morning he had re-designed the entire area in question, bought materials and begun the new construction. By that evening he had everything rebuilt using cedar 2x10s. He painted the new construction and reinstalled the gutter. The house now has more "curb appeal" and, best of all, he closed off the entire area that would attract insect and other invaders. This is the third time I've relied on this company to help with repairs and reconstruction of our home. Dean Roberts and his company are definitely a 5-star organization.

I just had Detailed Enterprises repair and update my Kitchen. They were always on time. I am more than impressed! The work done in my kitchen was impeccably done and everything was cleaned up afterward. The owner is extremely kind and professional and everything was thoroughly explained before being done. Unprofessional contractor that has no respect for customers with lack of financial respect and responsibility.

Dean signed a contract with me and my wife. We felt very comfortable with him. He quickly ran into a lot of problems with the architect of the project. It took a while to get thing going to get the permit and even after he got the permit into of the project. Dean added a window without any extra charge except for the cost of the window. It was always easy to get ahold of Dean though we had a lot of problems with the architect. Dean did several things for me throughout the house and another home that I was selling for free to make up for the cost of taking longer than expected. My wife and I would strongly recommend Dean and his company Detailed Enterprise to anybody and would definitely use him again and again in the future from all of my work

Just completed my 3rd project with Dean (Detailed Ent.) His work was exceptional as in the first 2 projects. He is a perfectionist so he will do the job till it meets his standards as well as yours. From start to cleanup all is taken care of. His workers are courteous, polite and just as dependable as he is. I would recommend him with the utmost confidence.

I hired Detailed Enterprises to complete a pretty basic wood/stucco repair on the entryway overhang of my house that had sustained water damage. As the repair work progressed, the source of the leak was detected and pointed out to the owner. The contractor made it clear that this was not part of the initial estimate. When the owner cleared the contractor to proceed with repair, the initial repair was rudimentary in that a silicone sealant was applied to the area vs. a proper repair that would have involved addressing the root cause. When the owner recommended a proper fix that would address the root cause of the leak, it was ignored. The contractor then stated that the proper fix was beyond his expertise, despite his business card clearly stating that roof repairs, water damage repairs, and concrete repairs were some of his specialties. When the owner asked the primary contractor for another repair contractor reference, we were given another unreliable source, in that it took in excess of 4 moths to execute the job....many delays and cancellations. As the job was finally wrapping up and the home owner discussed contract terms and thoroughness of the repair, the contractor became belligerent, argumentative, and threatening. This was certainly an unprofessional attitude towards the customer. In the end, it took an excess of 5 months to execute the repair at a cost well beyond expectation, and the customer decided to complete the finishing touches himself.

Dependable & trustworthy. Took pride in his work. His crew was courteous. Was kind and sensitive to my dogs (Siberian Husky & Goldendoodle) with regard to safety. Prompt and finished within timeframe. Was on time and stayed as late as necessary. Made sure all was cleaned up before they left for the day. Made sure his work was done to his satisfaction as well as mine ( he's a perfectionist) He went above and beyond on each project. His work was exceptional. Would highly recommend him. Looking forward to our next project in a couple of weeks.

I hired Detailed Enterprises to do a complete renovation of my home inside and out. Dean is very detailed oriented and if it didn't meet his expectations, he would do it over again, whether it be two times or three. There were unexpected issues that arose throughout the renovation and Dean was patient and understanding through it all. He knew I was on a tight budget and worked within those parameters. I would recommend Detailed Enterprises in the future for any renovations.

Dean was great he did a few things about the house checked skylights for leakage helped us with recommendations for what was needed, made himself available at short notice when the roofers needs assistance and was very fairly priced. Would recommend to anyone for any project.
