Excellent work.

Can not even tell that the material has been replaced. He removed the damaged wood from the floor and wall. The replacement was expertly done. All the trim was put back in place and can not tell it was even removed. Jeff knows what he is doing, does it well and cleans up neatly. This is the second time I have had Jeff in my home to fix things. He does not disappoint. He pays attention to the detail, is respectful and his price is fair. Can't get better than that!

Jeff is the most prompt service pro ever hired by me. Jeff worked quite efficiently and has a nice easy going demeanor. Jeff had come to our new home at least four or five times. We will also use his services in the future. We overwhelmingly recommend Jeff Chiyka for electrical work (he's licensed) and for handyman work. Oh, by the way, his rates are quite competitive.

Jeff arrived on time and worked around my schedule to get the work done. He's very professional and was great with my animals.

Jeff arrived promptly and looked over pertinent areas of my home for any problems. He found a broken receptical and also the air conditioner air handler disconnect did not meet county code requirements. He repaired the receptical and made changes to the air handler disconnect to meet county code. He also checked my main breaker box. I was pleased with his work and have already recommended him to one of my friends.

They are an excellent provider. He is very professional, courteous, reasonable prices, and comes quickly when we call him.

Great! Jeff is very prompt and responsive, very accomodating. I'm not handy at ALL so Jeff is great about doing jobs that regular DIYs can do. No job is too small. He charges a very fair price so I was happy to get those little annoying tasks off my list. I will definitely use him again.
