Neighbor had work done on his house and it was perfect - so I asked who had done the work he introduced me to Dan Cugini who was nice enough to quote me - he lives in Port St. Lucie, and normally does not work on the gulf side but would make an exception - the work was done quickly, clean, and beautiful. He is a true craftsman - the area he covered was our downstairs living room, dinning, kitchen and breakfast nook - large area - I would call on him again for my next project in a heartbeat!!! If you need work done - call him - he is who you want!!!

My neighbor had added wainscote to their dinning room and the job was so clean and elegant that I asked who had done the work for them, they introduced me to Dan Cugini who is the Owner of D.E.C. Builders - I asked if he would give me a quote - he normally works on the East coast but said he would be glad to give me a quote since he was in the area - I was thrilled with the price since I had received quotes from other contractors - he showed up on time, with the molding so we would not have to purchase and store, started right to work setting up his equipment - prepped the area, trimmed and installed and painted the molding to my satisfaction. When he was through he walked us through the rooms and made sure we were satisfied with his work - he cleaned up - thanked us and left. I would hire him again or refer his work to anyone who needs remodeling of any kind and wants excellent results.
