I had them for a month and cancelled the next month and saw a charge on my account of 375 dollars, I tried calling to inquire but it goes straight to voicemail. I wouldn’t recommend.

They began in January 2018 I received a bill before they even came to the house which I paid the gentleman by the name of Trevor or let me correct myself the teenager they came to clean the pool I paid him and gave him the statement he laughed and said wow you got a statement before I even started I did not go well he claimed that my pool motor in drive was broken I get a call from the office telling me that it’s $1500 of course I get two more opinions there was nothing wrong except that he turned off my pool pump all they did was come and reset it so obviously this was done maybe because his truck broke down in front of my house and maybe by charging me for a new pool pump and motor in drive he would actually be paying for the truck that was broken down also about a month after being hired in January the same month he bought some woman some young lady to help him what he needed help to do I don’t know all I know is I have them on my video footage Through my ATT accidentally breaking my pool lanai door but then they won’t even let the office know that just let you know what kind of character they are when I call the owners and told them they told me they would repair it and their story about him bringing someone else on the property and that the father would call me to repair it no one ever called no one ever repaired it and I just got a bill for them which I just called him and told him I was gonna pay because you prepay so what would I prepay if I called him and told him I don’t want their service and I’m not gonna be using them for the month of February why would I pay for these people are scammers unprofessionalAnd unreliable they’re supposed to come and one set time one day in the week they come whatever they want they show up or they don’t show up and if they do show up they come with friends not professional

My pool is small and the charge was $65 but I later learned that DID NOT include vacuuming. The owners are nice enough, good looking, pleasant couple, but they were not taking care of my pool. They came every Monday unless there was a holiday - which they DID NOT make up. If you want someone to just check the PH, put chlorine in, (splash and dash) and sometimes clean the sides and the filter, they are your company. There is a lot more to it than that. When my pool turned green after a leak, it was three weeks before I decided to call someone else to make it right. Pinch a Penny came for $65 and it was sparkling in 4 hours. The man came back the next day, cleaned and vacuumed the pool, the filter and made sure it was running right. Of course during those three weeks, my kids and I were to blame for the green pool. The final kicker was after Hurricane Irma when everybody was helping everybody else, they sent me a $20 hurricane debris clean up bill. There was no debris in the pool and any leaves in the pool were there when he left and vacuumed up by me personally! Before the hurricane we put everything in my office and hurricane room --- all pots/plants, tables, chairs, grill, etc. I am a widowed 64 year old g'mom with guardianship of my two g'kids and we did the work together before and after Irma. Very unprofessional organization and I am very disappointed with their service. I have a lawn maintenance man that does everything in his power to help me out and I never ask him and certainly don't expect it -- I so appreciate him. I would suggest they not listen to their "golden boy" Troy -- he makes himself look good to them and his customers look bad. I am sure they are happy to get rid of me. Leaves in the pool are such a bother, you know ....

We just keep them year round because in Florida it doesn't get real cold down here. It has been fantastic, we love them. It is a husband and a wife team and they're phenomenal. They are very personable, they do a great job. They are very professional, we really like them.

I had been very happy with Michelle and Joe they were doing a really thorough job Then they gave my cleaning to one of their employees.. I wasn't home the next service day and noticed that there was some debris on the pool floor considering it had supposedly been cleaned.
This week I was witness to the lousy job this young man did he never vacuumed the pool at all even knowing I was sitting on the porch. I called Michelle and told her there was junk in the pool that needed vacuuming
and that the young man had not cleaned properly. She said she would get someone out the next day to do it. That never happened today is day 3 and still no one and I still have a dirty pool so unfortunately I have called and cancelled the service.

Services started off well but deteriorated over time as different persons came to service the pool. Halted service when the pool filter was so clogged that the water would not circulate and pump was heating up.

servicesThey came cleaned the pool and added chemicals left a record of what they had done and left. I didn't even know they had been till I walked out to see my pool all clean and sparkling. They did a great job I will be using the services of DaSilva's every week. Great work.

This is a very nice couple. My pool turned green several times with my other provider. They kept dumping chlorine in. That wasn't the problem. The first visit was an evaluation of some sort and they dumped a chemical in that corrected the problem right then and there. My pool isn't even thinking of turning green now! I have used them for my monthly service now 1 month and have absolutely no complaints.

He comes every Wednesday and charges $60 monthly. I got him from a referral from my nephew. He is a nice guy and the other guys that sometimes come don't disturb anything. If I sleep late they just come in, do the pool and leave. They've got the pool sparkling clean and it stays that way. I will continue to use this company.
