+ -1 moreStucco had some iron staining due to lawn watering. Barton said he had to use far more cleaner than he had anticipated. Asked for an additional $100 which I gave him. Did not show up to seal stucco until 2 months later after I had make several phone calls and threatened to report him. Sealed stucco and said stucco sucked up more sealer and color did not come back as he said it would, and would require a lot of paint to properly do the job.
