It went great until the garage door kept opening and closing by itself.I called the office and asked for some type of resolve when I asked if it was the new spring that could have caused the problem. The person said no and told me to clean the sensors and I did and still the door was going up and down.I called to set another appointment but decided not to keep it as I didn’t trust the work.I called another company and they came and fixed it in 2 minutes by resetting the motor manually which should have been done by their technicians when he replaced the spring.It cost me another $130 and when I called to ask for a refund to due to the negligence on there part the manager said no. Not a happy customer…

Excellent. From the customer service staff who scheduled the work to Scott who was the tech they sent out. Everything was great. The new springs and rollers were on in less than 2 hours. Very happy with D & D. They know garage doors and how to take care of them. Price was fair and with the coupon in the St Lucie west living coupon book, they took 20 bucks off the price quoted over the phone. Based upon what they did and what they charged for the work I recommend them highly!!!

Mike showed up on time, worked non-stop and installed a new lift master garage door opener and adjusted my door springs. The new Lift Master blows away my old Genie system. Smooth quiet nice. D&D is great.

When Juan got here he also adjusted our spring tension, sensor lights, and opener chain. He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. We would definitely use him again.

great...showed up earlier than scheduled...had one broken spring ($95) but the cost was only $25 more to replace both ($120) plus the charge for the service call ($80)

Job went very well taking about 2 hours to complete. Dave,the tech who installed the insulation,had precut the panels at the shop to minimize debris generated during installation. Before leaving, he checked the door and made some minor adjustments to improve performance. In addition. he provided other suggestions as to how we could increase the comfort level of the garage interior. To date, we've noted an improvement in the interior temperature of the garage.
