Our pump stopped working and we shopped around for pricing, we contacted Tri-County Water as they were listed on our list when we first build our house and had used them previously.  After different calls to different providers on Angie's List we decided to call another company with much better reviews to come and  confirm if indeed was the pump. We decided to buy the pump ourselves since both of their quotes were much higher then the deal we found with a wholesaler.  The other provider from Angie's list that came out told us we can install it ourselves.  My husband was a bit weary but took the chance. After installing the pump we could turn it on but nothing else, being it was a Saturday and the person that came out didn't have weekend hours we called Tri-Water to ask since they had weekend hours and really if needed have them come out. We were basically told that's why you should of called us to come out and install it ,  that's why you pay  a professional the money and basically good luck to you. It was so unnecessary, rude and truly such bad business on their part. Turns out we needed to prime the pump (basically stick a hose down this hole and wait for the water to clear out any air build up and build the pressure to start up the sprinklers. The lack of humanity and quite frankly professionalism on their end left such a bad taste in my mouth that I finally decided to use my membership and write about my experience. 

The guy did the irrigation in my previous home that was built and I had him for some repairs.  He was the first to call from my list.  He said he would be out that day or the next and he never came.  I called him the next day because I was out and I wanted to be here when he came.  When I called Bill to find out what time he would be coming and he said that I didn't have to be there because his partner was going to be in the area to get the stuff done.  He said no offense because they wanted to just get in and out and wanted no hindrance.  He said no offense 2 or 3 times that I did get offended.  I wanted to get it done quickly, so I could put the system right away; but he never came and he never called me back with any estimate.  I never called him back too.

The guys that came out and did the work are who I had the bad experience with.
