Here is my story with Coastal Pest Control.
I contracted with them on January 27th to maintain my pest control needs every 2 months as was their promotion on how they handle it. They came that morning promptly, and 2 technicians got right to work spraying inside my residence, and outside, t include the entire yard and up the walls of the house as a barrier to keep pests out. I LOVED what they did and was so happy to tell people. March service visit came along, and like clockwork, they were here! I am so happy, my house is DEFINITELY pest free.
Then my next 2 month service date, May 27th, came and went and no return visit from them. So I gave them an extra week or so and called them inquiring why no one had arrived. I was then lectured that they could not do spraying during rainy weather. This confused me because Florida has rainy weather most of the year. But, they said they would get here as soon as they could. They finally arrived Tuesday, June 25th. Three months after the last visit. By then I had bought pesticide from Home Depot because I had ants and spiders inside my house again. When I called to pay my bill, I was told they would arrive for my next service visit on August 19th.
Here it is October 2nd, 9:30 at night. I called them this morning since I have not seen anyone since June. I have ants inside my house again. I had been afraid to call them and get lectured again because of the rainy weather we had been having, so I have waited, and broke out my Home Depot spray. Thank God for that. When I spoke to the person that answered the telephone today, I was told, and quot;Yes we somehow skipped you and forgot about your August service call.and quot; When I asked to have a technician arrive today because I had pests inside, I was told that all of the trucks were out on their scheduled appointments for the day, but she would try to reach someone and see if they could come by. She took my telephone number and advised she would call me back and let me know.
I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL BACK!
This was my only day off this week. So now, if they decide to call me back, and make an appointment, I will have to wait until Monday before they can come out. I will update this post IF I ever hear from them again.

I've never seen a pest inspection before, so I was surprised to see what the technician did. He explored the under-roof area thoroughly, looking for evidence of any critters or termites. Inside, he explored all the corners in the house, and looked for bulges in the drywall which, he said, indicated the presence of termites. Outside, he explored the base of the house and the eaves. The tech was professional and answered all my questions. I was happy with the service -- and that the house is pest-free!

The initial visit was inside and out and from then on it's basically doing the exterior perimeter of the home and the lawn itself for fire ants and things like that. I've been in and out of the home so have really not had a chance to see what their performance has been. They seem knowledgeable and the first time the gentlemen came out to look at the property, he called me and told me what he thought and what he planned on doing, which was good.

We have the spray outside only. They are very good. If you have any kind of problem they will come right back out with no charge.

They are very prompt and very professional. It's a great service. They are really good and I like them a lot.

I am satisfied with the services. I would use them again.

Their service works. If there are discrepancies, they are quick to react. They will come and spray again and fix it. They will keep coming back if I ask them until the problem is resolved.

I spend on a monthly basis. They are probably one of the cheaper ones. They are dependable and they come out whenever I need them. They are good people to work with. It's pretty straightforward. You have bugs and they come out. They do the work they are supposed to do.
