DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE SCAM AGENCY They are gonna rob you! We wanted to retract our home rental that haven't even started yet; - we haven't moved in - haven't signed any contract - they asked us to give in $2000 as a first month rent and $100 for the application - shady part was they are not accepting checks they wanted it to be "bank transfered" or "zell" Seems like we're buying illegally in a dark ally deal for me. But in Which we still did, since the property is on our perfect budget. We are excited to move in and worked out with the paper works, despite the office was not very inviting and the workers were very rude and unhappy. They are most likely trying to be strict to get you out of their hair. But us! as a young family who wanted to move in badly and excited to go rent a home that was perfect for our budget we just wanna push in and get it all done. Now that we are at the end of the line they showed us a bunch of house rules that was supposedly advertised or listed prior to any applications, Sadly our excitement ended and was facing a horrible situation. A lot of deal breaking rules were suddenly on the table and we were no too happy about it. Fast forward We decided to cancel it out and don't go with their shady deals. They wouldn't agree and have a lot of things to say with alibis that most of the decision is coming from the home owner. In fact, the owner wasn't even aware of any of this scams that these office is doing under his property, as you can see the owner haven't signed the application yet. But this agency they are robbing every renter with application charges. They wouldn't return our $2000 that they told us as part of the first month rent. We will be bringing the whole story to court and now we are speaking with our lawyers and try to put this company to the ground and hopefully no more happy families will be threatened by these scumbags. This house is supposedly good but the property is being held with a horrible agent company CHOICE PROPERTY! See you in court!

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. There are numerous complaints on Google and all over the place about this man and this company. I wish I'd read them before signing the lease, but I loved the house and wanted to rent it. I am going to get my deposit back and hopefully punitive damages as well from living in a home that had multiple issues including a leaking roof that it took them almost a year to fix.
