DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. There are numerous complaints on Google and all over the place about this man and this company. I wish I'd read them before signing the lease, but I loved the house and wanted to rent it. I am going to get my deposit back and hopefully punitive damages as well from living in a home that had multiple issues including a leaking roof that it took them almost a year to fix.
