CHOCO'S CARPET & UPHOLSTERY

After the supposed cleaning he said he dried it twice and it would be dry in 3-4 hours. It was not dry until the next morning. He did this at 1:00 in the afternoon. It smelled badly after the carpet dried and there were spots left on the carpeting. He also cleaned an upholstered chair and there were stains left on it. I called him about the problems and he said those were permanent stains left by body oils from the pets and they would never come out and he had gone over them in detail but would not come out. He said he would come back when he was in the area and would call in the afternoon when he would be coming. I never heard from him. I got my Little Green Machine out that cleans carpet and upholstery and spot cleaned myself and every spot and stain came right out. I vacuumed the carpet twice with my Rainbow vacuum cleaner and the water was black both times with tons of pet heir with each sweep. His equipment does not do the job and I feel the carpet was treated with dirty water. I am very disappointed and would strongly advise not to use his service. His advertisement claims he uses sanitizer and disinfectant for free with a $35.00 dollar purchase. Mine was $75.00 and I know my carpet smelled horrible and I had to use the sanitizer with my own vacuum cleaner.
