The Tech arrived on time and was quite nice, although he didn't introduce himself immediately. Instead, he said something like, "You called about an air conditioning problem?" I explained the problem and he set about diagnosing the problem, which took very little time. He heard a difference in the outside unit's sound that told his trained ear the problem was a capacitor. He quickly fixed that and then checked to make sure the cool air was flowing and that the voltage and amperage was correct. I was happy with the service, but the company does assess a trip charge of $79.00 which is not applied to the cost of the repair. They tell you this upfront, however.
