Bella Lani Nail Spa

The employees are ok and do pretty average work, but the customer service and lack of professionalism, especially during the difficult times of covid-19, my self and all my friends and family have had terrible experiences. I brought my mom and sister in the end of June and within 3 days my moms gel was chipped on almost every nail. She was on vacation so she wasn't doing anything with her hands to cause it.. then in July, i came with a friend from texas. I put down one of my wireless ear buds, to tip. I remember it clearly, but the front desk girl, (who is so nasty ever time i have dealt with them,) wouldn't even allow me after hours to come find it, insisting they do perfect clean up at the end of each day. Which they don't clean it well at all, it's so obvious. Just this week, I went into a girl named Lisa, she did good work and was fast. She was patient with my one nail that be a little more difficult. This was her first time doing it, so of course the next day it popped off. So I went back in, for literally a 5 min job. The front desk girl was so unbelievably rude. Insisting I needed an appointment for the 5 min job. Ok, so we look at all appointments, i do my best to find a time, but she only had like 3 open in the next WEEK! By then I would just need a new set. So I called today, explained how I always send her business and spend atleast 150 every time I come. She was so rude and unwilling to compromise, even knowing I had to use Lisa, because she is the one that did the original set. For the cost and the work done, I personally wouldn't give them one second of my time and money there are so many other wonderful options for nails where you will be treated like a human being.

Today I went to Bella lani to get my teenager lash extension, and what a disappointment. The lashes looked like fake lashes with an excessive amount of glue. While they were applying the lashes another coworker came and they began to talk about their sexual life. When we went back to remove them, the owner proceeded to pluck them off. No solutions used to safely remove them ( my child is now missing her own lashes) . Not only was the removal unprofessional but so was the woman's reaction. She not only cursed at my child and proceeded to tell my child that she was not going to be satisfied with them because she couldn't look like someone she wasn't. If you want to get lashes done I would highly suggest not going to Bella lani's. Not only do the lashes look horrible but the experience is even worse. Share this to warn people about Bella lani's horrible services, if you can even call that service. After I wrote my review the owner responded. See pictures

It is very clean and the people are nice. She did a great job and others looked good. They also do threading eyebrows now and it was really interesting.
