 + -1 moreErick Morrell of Bell A/C & Heating not only figured out what the problems were, (yes, there were multiple problems, creating a diagnostic nightmare), he did so in a professional and customer concentric manner. As he went about sniping wires, removing old resistors, sensors, switches and various other items that more rightly belong in an A/C museum, than in the air handler in our house as well as replacing the heater coil, he responded pleasantly to a litany of dumb homeowner questions regarding our central air conditioning system. Erick is a large man, going about 6 ft. 4 in., however, the largest thing about Erick is his sense of customer service, and?in this day and age that?s an extremely rare commodity. His bill was more than fair considering the time he put in. and he refused when I offered extra, saying it wasn?t necessary?WOW!!! We believe that we have found an A/C man for life and we recommend him without reservation or qualification for any A/C job that he feels qualified to undertake. Jim & Carol Roberts
Description of Work: To Whom It May Concern: We recently experienced an HVAC problem. During the air conditioning mode we could not keep the temperature within 10 degrees of the desired setting and additionally, this winter we had no heat at all. After speaking with several a/c companies, they all recommended a total replacement of our 25 year old system…all that is except one, Bell A/C & Heating.
