The technician they sent did a great job. They will come back every two months for maintenance

They had somebody that was taking care of my house. The regular person retired and the new person that came in was supposed to come every other month, like he was coming every 2 weeks, and he screwed it up so often that I called to complain about it. What they did was cancel my service and my next door neighbor's service because we were leaving out of the country and they said it was not worth their while to come out here. That really annoyed me and they canceled my next door neighbor's service who had been using them for years. When I called up to complain, I talked to Mr. Bates himself who was quite nasty. They would have come when they were supposed to come. They could have called me to let me know ahead of time that they were coming. They didn't call ahead of time, they didn't call when they were supposed to come. They said that they came when I know that they didn't come. They were just totally unreliable. In the past, the man that used to do it before he retired was extremely dependable. The new person called me to say he was coming out the next day and I told him he was just here a week ago. He said he wasn't. I said he was because I paid the bill. When I called to complain about it several times, they canceled me and my neighbor. On price, they were very good.
