called at 9 am one morning and he answered the phone ( unusual in this day in age ) and he committed to be to us by 11:30. he called a little after 10 and said he would be there in 30 minutes. he arrived at 10:30 and after a few introductions he pulled the a/c panel and in less than 10 minutes diagnosed the problem. happily he had the capacitors to repair the problem and within 40 more minutes we were functioning 100%. he did not gouge me on the $ and was professional, on time, easy to understand, and I felt that we treated as family instead of a service call in the heat of the day in Florida. Will recommend this guy anytime. Even had to call him after I inadvertently switched the switch off of on the gen set and he immediately told me of my "oversight". Great guy

He came right on time very nice man. Did the seal stuff on toliet, replaced burned up fan and fuse. Very professional, and neat.

Steve at ATLANTIC MOBILE RV REPAIR is the absolute BEST! He showed up for the first appointment, accurately diagnosed my problem and ordered parts. Less than one week later the parts came in, he called me and I met him so that he could install them. After installing them, the problem was still there. Steve diagnosed it as a pump motor issue and proceeded to remove the motor and bench tested it in his VERY well equipped service van. He actually fixed the pump motor on the spot, put it back in the coach and everything worked PERFECTLY!
I was so overjoyed having called 3 other companies before finding Atlantic. Only one of the other 3 showed up. This one mis-diagnosed the problem and told me he ordered a part. Two months went by and I never heard from him again.

As a local business owner myself, I appreciate EXCELLENT customer service AND recognize it when someone is obviously an expert in his field. It just doesn't get any better than this!

He did get the slide out adjusted, and it took him quite an effort. But due to some mechanical problems he pointed out to me, he felt it would be better for an RV dealer down in Jupiter to do the more extensive repair, because they had the heavy equipment to do it. He said that his area of expertise is in Electrical Systems, AC Refrigeration, Tow Vehicles, Generators, Furnace, Awining and All Heating and Cooling Systems. Our problem was a structural problem. He was honest that he can get a slide in, if its stuck open and do the adjustments to line it up, but when issues involving the slide out such as we had, it would be better for him to just charge the service call and let the repair/replacement of the slide out shaft, gear and hydraulic line to be done by a RV dealer who had the equipment to lift the slide out up with a fork lift and other equipment. He said that the RV dealer he recommended and knew would treat us very fairly, and do a good job as well and were honest. So I've already called them!
I cant recommend him enough!!!! This is the second time we've used him and his word and work is excellant!!!
