We rent, so I don't know what the actual cost of the visits have been, but I was so pleased with their work that I wanted to write a review. These guys were sent to our rental twice in the last month by the rental agent. She says she's been using them for twenty years and wouldn't change, so I'm guessing the fees are fair. Two different techs came to our place and they were always on time, friendly, and fast. The first time we had a flood in our garage. Just the overflow from a clogged condensation drain, but Associated was here same day, fixed it in about 10 minutes, cleaned coils and added something to keep them clean. Last night the air conditioning went off, I called the agent at midnight, she called them at 8:00 am this morning, Associated called by 10:00, said the tech would be here between 12:00 and 2:00. He arrived at 1:00, replaced the capacitor, cleaned the outside coils and re-cleaned the condensation drain. Done in about 15 minutes. If we buy, I'll certainly use these guys and review again.
