ASP of Port St Lucie

The reason I gave 3 stars is that I had no problem with this company until today. I have asked the pool tech to drain the pool. Which the last 2 pool companies I have used would always drain the pool to the correct height at the same time they serviced our pool. And I asked this company if they would and they said yes, but now that the hose burst because the pool tech didn't unravel the hose correctly so it burst, which I saw the very moment it happened, now the company is saying they don't do that. Also they are saying that it was like that before hand. So lies. So they are telling me that the tech took the hose that was burst and started draining it knowing the hose was burst and causing a flood right by the window I was working at which is how I saw the moment the hose actually burst. I sent an email telling the owner that they don't need to replace the hose because they were accusing me that it was not their fault. I don't care what that tech says because I and the Lord knows. I wasn't angry until the I told the owner I am just getting a new pool company and he said that my father is the one who employs him. Oh, but the home is my dads, but I am the one that called them and paid the invoices and now my brother does. And no problem getting the money from us then and replying to my communications. But now that I said I am getting a new pool service, the Brandon said he is employed by my father so he's going to keep coming and sending the bill. So now where I was disappointed, I am now fuming angry and making sure I let others know about this company that is forcing their services on you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I made the call to get the service on the pool, not my dad. I am the one that hired them, not my dad. Nice that they are trying to circumvent things!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!! Like I said, liars and now cheats!!!!!!!!

They come out once a week and clean my pool. They are a new company and they do a great job.
