Very poorly represented, claimed to have ordered materials but didn't, intentionally left gate open after being asked not too and my dogs got out. Never showed up on time, didn't communicate with me unless I contacted them. One gentleman even relieved himself on the side of my house!

At the time our room was being built the company had sub-contractors, now I believe they are doing all of the work. The problem with dealing with a sub-contractor is they are not as particular about their work. I have had a few issues I called about and their response time it rated "A".

The owner offered to replace the first team, but we felt it would not be right to complain about the team, bad move on our part. We had a few little issues after the room was completed and the follow up and making sure we were satisfied was also an "A" rating.

The sunroom is the best room in our home. We get lots of compliments and everyone wants to spend their time in that room. When we have parties we open all of the glass sliders leading into the sunroom and we have lots of room. It added 625 sq ft to our home.

I was so pleased with their service from the first time I met Fabian and his son Jonathan to the end of our business transaction. They came when they said they would and on time.  They were professional and friendly. I am pleased with the quality of the job and my room looks fantastic and I am enjoying it everyday. They job came in on time and the price that was quoted to me.  They even followed up immediately after the job was done, when I thought I had a problem which was an easy fix.I give them an A+.
