We recently purchased a condo in jensen beach. The day that we closed , in Aug. the air conditioning unit was making very loud noises. My sister had used arctic breeze before. Jim from arctic breeze came right out, the fan motor was recently replaced by another company. It was the wrong fan for the unit, too large and was causing the unit to shake ( it was so loud it sounded like a generator) He took the unit apart, adjusted the motor & told us to call if he needed to come back out. He charged a very small service charge. When we went back down in Sept, it was making horrible noises again & the air did not seem to really be cooling. Jim came back out, checked it, went back out found a fan that fit the unit, installed it. The a/c now works great!! What a difference. What a wonderful. honest guy. I would definitely recommend Arctic breeze.
