 + -1 moreThey do an OK job in the common/public areas of the community, but they are a miserable failure in the care of the lawns of the individual homes. The contract does not allow them to prioritize this way. Many of us here hope that another vendor will be awarded the next contract. It will be good to see this company out of here.
Description of Work: ANNCO has the present mowing and landscaping contract in my community.

 + -1 moreIf I am the only one complaining (very doubtful); I don't expect things to change. I hope that the Board of Managers and the Property Manger keep a close eye on this vendor and consider another for the next renewal. If service is bad enough, they should cancel the contract and find a more professional outfit. August, 2013 update: They have been doing a much better job lately. I have no issues over the past month or more and notice some new crew members who do a much better job. September 2013 update: The higher work quality has now been consistent. They deserve a better rating so I have done so.
Description of Work: I live in a gated community where ANNCO has the landscaping contract. Quality of service has declined drastically since contract renewal. rather than adhering to the terms of the contract, they wait for complaints and react. One example of this is cleanup after the grass is cut. Contract stipulates that the cleanup includes the entrance area to each home. I have had to call their supervisor 4 weeks in a row to send someone back to my home to clean this area. SEPTEMBER 2013 UPDATE. I have updated my rating because, as of now, they have been doing a consistently better job. I now have no complaints! August, 2013 update: They have been doing a much better job lately. I have no issues over the past month or more and notice some new crew members who do a much better job.
