AL was has been a realtor in Florida for a few years now working with Mellissa Conrad. The two of them are a team. Melissa has a very nice web presence and we found her throught her web site. My wife and I were in town from DC and had already blown through a few Real Estate Agents who either were too unreliable or just disinterested in helping us. They probably did not understand the concept of working with decisive people who wanted do multiple transactions, but Al and Melissa did. I was on Melissa Conrad's website all night right before were were supposed to leave Florida and left her an URGENT message to contact us. She called me at 6am and I was still searching away. Since she was busy that morning, she referred us to her partner Al Schmid who called us bright and early that morning and got right on our requirements. Within a few days, we placed a contract on a beautiful home in Palm City Florida and negotiated a very nice deal with the seller.
Weeks later, Al found us 3 investment properties to rent and flip. He was spot on with his knowledge of the area and the type of properties were were looking for. At this time, two are completely restored and one is leased. The other is listed with Al and Melissa.
Al has not only become a great business partner, but a family member. We have been out on multiple occasions on our motorcycles together, been to each others homes and yes, shared a few beers at the bar.
We give Al and Melissa Conrad "A+" ratings for their hard work and diligence.
