He installed air conditioner. Told us his "guys" would be there in the afternoon or the next morning, to pick up the old one, which is massive and sitting on my deck. Holiday weekend coming up and planning on using or patio. But....no one came and he would not answer phone calls, nor return them. At first I was concerned and asked him to please pick up before the weekend, again no no no...answer or call back. I had to hire someone or get cited. So after $3200.00 had to incur another $45. to have the old one removed, who came within 1 hour of a phone call....I would not recommend him at all.

He was honest and told me the part was covered under the warranty. He called the vendor and made sure it was covered under warranty.

Since purchasing my single family house in Florida three years ago, I have used three air conditioning contractors with mixed results. My AC is 10 years old. This year I finally realized I should call my general contractor acquaintance for a referral. He said flat out "I would not use anyone but Ray Ferrizzi of Air Pro Heating & Air Conditioning." I used Ray on two occasions this summer. He was always prompt (it's not easy having your AC die in July in south Florida). He found and fixed a Freon leak the contractor I had used nine months earlier missed. He did not try to upsell me or get me into a maintenance contract. He is cordial enough to answer questions over the phone about problems I might be able to solve myself. Like many homeowners these days my budget is limited and I appreciate honest work for a fair price.
