My garage door opener failed and needed to buy a new one including installation. Gave A-Tech a call, and they were were able to come by the same day. Technician was great, very professional, courteous, and took time to explain everything in detail regarding the new Chamberlain opener. Also installed new garage door track wheels. This is the kind of service you hope for when you call a company for products and services.

Service was great. Very professional. Above and beyond.

Coty was the technician that came to redo a door that was installed by Precision Door last year. The door was never properly installed and always made terrible noises and acted like it would fall out of the ceiling. Coty spent about 2 hours redoing the door. The other company tried about 4 times to fix it but were unable or incapable of doing what this company did. We will only use them in the future.

Fantastic. I went to open my garage door this morning and found it would not open due to a broken spring. I call at 7:00am and Isaac was here in about 1/2 hour. He changed the springs and rollers and completed the job in about 1 1/2 hours. Very nice person with good customer service skills

reached him by cell -- he was working on a customer's garage door when  he answered -- not wanting to stop him while he was working-- reminded him he had worked on my door two days ago in an emergency situation ---to replace the springs--- he also quoted a price on a new opener ( we tested my current one which didn't' work as a result of spring breaking)

He serviced my door in between service calls --- so didn't have alot  of time to check everything out that day --He gave me a quick quote on  new opener--- I called him monday to inquire on the price he quoted  and he was very professional when I asked for a more horse power motor--- he basically said my door didn't need one any more powerful than 1/2 horse( same horse power I currently have) between his return call I unplugged my opener for 1-2 minutes and it was working again ---  again he understood that i didn't need a new opener at this time -- he was still willing to hold and honor the price === great way to earn customers ---

Isaac at A-Tech Garage Door Services was prompt and professional.  He gave a prompt estimate of the work.  He called to keep me informed as the permit process progressed.  There was an issue with the distributor giving them the wrong door for the job.  Isaac went out of his way to get the correct item for us.  The installer did extra work to make sure the door fit properly.  Very professional and pleasant to deal with.

The young man was very punctual, and called to tell me that he was on his way. Very personable and generally overall a nice person. Very very good interaction.

Fantastic. I called after 5p on a Friday night and he was the only one of 6 companies that answered the phone. He came when he said and quickly fixed the springs and tightened the chain. Works great. Highly recommend. Very friendly.

He never showed up though called me and the tenants and apologized.

The garage door was not properly balanced. It would not stay open. Isaac was friendly, professional and courteous. He balanced the door by adjusting the springs. The door now opens and closes as it should and will no longer be a strain on the garage door opener.

He called us before the visit and I explained what the problem was. He called again and said that he was at an earlier callout, it was taking longer than expected and that he would call when he was a few minutes away from us; he did. He then called to say he was in our driveway. After inspecting our garage door, he told us what the problem was, why it had occurred, how much the part needed would cost and hoiw much he would charge to fix it.
Isaac was friendly and professional throughout, and we felt that the charges were very reasonable.

I called A Tech Friday evening after 6:00 PM and I was surprised when Isaac, the owner, was still working and answered the phone.

I explained I had a broken spring on a two car garage door and he gave me a price of $125. to replace the one broken spring, but he also recommended that both should be replaced as they were both the same age springs, and it would only be a matter of time before the second spring snapped. He gave me a price for both springs $175.00.

He came the next morning at 7:30 AM and was finished within an hour. He was courteous, professional, and punctual, I was very happy with his work.

Isaac did great, honest trust worthy and professional would recommend him and will use him in the future.

My garage door openerr would only lift the door about 6and quot; and go no further without assistance from me. I checked the things I could and decided I would probably need either a new door opener or at lease a drive transmission. After checking Angie's List on line, I called a company with good reviews and somewhat near my area. After talking with Isaac at A Tech Garage Doors, he told me my problem may be minor and that he could be there most anytime after 4 pm THAT DAY! I work until 5 pm so he said 5:30 that afternoon would be no problem and was there at my house at 5:20, wow! The problem was indeed minor, the drive coupling was bad. Isaac had this part on his truck and replaced it in just a short time. While there, the fellows and quot;tuned upand quot; my garage door system, tightened the assist spring and lubricated all the moving parts as part of the service call. It was pointed out to me that the track rollers were worn but would be okay for probably another year. My door had become quite noisy and when I asked him, Issac suggested the new nylon rollers (not very expensive either). In about 10 minuts time, all the rollers were replaced and I'm sure the door opening and closing was never that quiet. I would not hesitate to call these people again.

Call Isaac late evening for him to call me in the morning for a late afternoon appointment next day. Isaac called early next morning and came in the afternoon. He was a little late due to traffic, but called to let me know. Isaac came to fix the one broken spring. For a nominal cost I had both springs replaced as the other was over 10 years old. He suggested some time in the future I should replace the ball bearnings. Isaac said they did not have to be replaced right now. Again for a small cost, I had him replace them also. Isaac did the job with no fuss, no muss. After the work was completed, we were able to have a chat. He is a very nice gentleman, working hard in his business. He is very personable and down to earth. Call him if you have a garage door problem -- I wish him all the luck.

My garage door stopped working. I called A-Tech and Isaac immediately gave me an estimate and an appointment
that same day. It turns out I needed a part he didn't have. He ordered the part and had my door working in no time.
He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly HONEST. I would use A-Tech again and refer them
to anyone in need of ANY type of garage door service.

I called several garage door company's at around 7:30pm and A-TECH GARAGE DOOR COMPANY was one of the few that would service at that time. When the tech arrived he introduced him -self and immediately took charge to my problem. He was very professional and knowledgable . He took time to explain the problem and solution. As a business owner and Angies's list customer i appreciate the great services.

He Was very helpful and advice me thst instead of replacing the motor that he could just the replace damage part and I ended up saving half of the cost of a motor. Thank You again A Tech Garage Doors Services, Inc
