1st quality restoration

We were overcharged with the promise of no charge for the 2nd cleaning. He said it wasn’t necessary to write that on his initial bill when we asked about it. When I called to request the 2nd cleaning, Howard, the owner said he would be at our home between 9-10 on Monday. He never showed up & will not return our calls. After reading reviews from other customers, we realize that this guy has lied & cheated many other people. We would never call him again & would never recommend him to anyone. Very poor businessman!

In the past, the company we used also cleaned the lint basket in the dryer. And it also was very noisy with the snaking of the vent and the vacuum. Howard and Harold were finished in about 15 minutes. Howard said that it was so quick because there were two workers. I didn't realize until he had left that we heard no noise at all during the cleaning. We never heard any vacuuming nor the snake in the wall. And he did not clean the dryer lint basket. I called Howard to ask about these things, but it has been two days, and he has not returned my call. This was an expensive lesson learned, and I will not be using his company again. The charge was $165 with $32 (!!) added for a replacement duct from the dryer into the wall. He said mine had a few holes in it. I am sorry I did not look at reviews before hiring this company.

Howard showed up early Monday morning, pulled my dryer away from the wall, proceeded to clean the vent pipe. I told him my husband and I had already cleaned the vent pipe up to the roof area. He stated the pipe was clean and proceeded to push the dryer back into place. In doing this, he crushed the flexible hose that runs to the vent hole from the dryer which also did not attach correctly to the dryer. We took a picture to provide. A few hours later I proceeded to dry a tub of laundry and noticed hot air coming from behind dryer. I called the company to tell Howard what was going on but he said he would not be back in the area (from Palm Bay???) until the following Friday. All in all it was an unacceptable job done by this so-called professional. I now have hot air and lint blowing around my laundry room.

Horrible! Came to clean dryer vent on our newly installed dryer this past Saturday. Yesterday, our dryer will no longer dry clothes! Called him today and was rushed off the phone because he's supposedly out of town, tried calling back but doesn't answer phone. Worst $140 ever spent! I should've just flushed that money down the toilet! This guy has several different company names and phone numbers that have been changed... Wonder why!
