Builder claimed they were a turnkey operation. Definitely not our experience. They tried to get our money upfront for the engineered plans and for site work instead in the construction loan. They stated they were cost plus 10... There was at minimum a 33% markup on items stated above. We never could get a contract from them with a total cost. They wanted to charge for every square ft instead of heated and cooled sq ft.
Description of Work: They are a building contractor. We approached them to build our home.
