Prior to the scheduled date, he re-confirmed the appointment. Mike and crew arrived promptly for the inspection and gave me immediate answers to concerns I had. He also contacted me to make sure I had received his report and if there were any other questions. If you are looking for a reliable individual, give Mike a call.
Description of Work: My husband and I are purchasing a condo and needed a Home Inspection. Additionally we also had Mike perform a Wind Mitigation.

 + -1 moreMichael did an excellent job. He was thorough and provided us with a comprehensive and detailed report on the condition of the house. He called us the day after the inspection to give us a verbal summary of the report and sent the inspection report that day. I clearly identified areas of concern and offered a recommendation for repair or mitigation of the issues. Michael was extremely prompt in submitting his report to us.
