Mike called me back within the hour to discuss my needs. He answered my questions, gave me a price, and confirmed a date for the inspection. Prior to the scheduled date, he re-confirmed the appointment. Mike and crew arrived promptly for the inspection and gave me immediate answers to concerns I had. It went very good. He came out the next day after we called him. He had to come back for a wind mitigation inspection and he didn't even charge us an extra service fee for the work.

Michael did an excellent job. He was thorough and provided us with a comprehensive and detailed report on the condition of the house. He called us the day after the inspection to give us a verbal summary of the report and sent the inspection report that day. I clearly identified areas of concern and offered a recommendation for repair or mitigation of the issues. Michael was extremely prompt in submitting his report to us.
