They did a fantastic job. They did two bedrooms and a hallway two years ago. They also did our master bedroom five months ago. He is very accommodating and flexible.

Leonard was always here at the time and date he said he'd be. He was polite, cleaned up and removed all debris. Referred me to a great plumber and a laminate installer. He was trustworthy, explained everything in detail. My husband and I felt he was part of the family. We highly recommend him.

Outstanding! Very easy to talk to. Clearly provided us with what he could/could not do. He provided ideas and recommendations on what would look best. Very, very careful worker. Moved all the furniture themselves. Put padding underneath all furniture when he moved it back in place. Did not scratch a single board moving kitchen appliances in and out of place. Nice, clean look with how he cut into baseboards and slide boards underneath the baseboards. Extremely neat with caulking and fininshing. Very understanding of our desire to keep color variations to a minimum as we used very dark wood. Came back several times to inspect and correct minor issues we had. He obviously understood that the customer has every right to expect perfection in the work! Corrected several creaky stairs before laying wood over top. Probably on the expensive side, but worth every penny of it. We have had so many compliments on the floor - even from other flooring companies. Kept us informed as to timelines, problems, issues. I had complete trust in leaving him in the house alone. Was very willing to work with us to correct a few minor blemishes in the wood. Took the time to show us how to maintain the floor and fix future nicks. When we accidentally dropped a vase damaging a couple of boards (within a week of him finishing the job), he came out and fixed them with no charge.

LEONARD CAME OUT AND DID A GREAT JOB ON MY WOODFLOORS! AND TILE!!
