Terrible. It took them 6 months, 3 different crews and 8 visits to finish the job...not to my standards. They damaged a tile in the foyer which was not something they were supposed to work on at all. We found it, no notification or apology. Did not cover anything at all in plastic despite several requests to do so. Dust covered everything including appliances, ceiling, walls, floors. At that point we had not moved in. We were promised it would be done at 3 different deadlines, which it wasn’t. It took me my boyfriend 6 hours of non-stop cleaning to get it all from the demolition of the bamboo floors, which by the way, they couldn’t finish even though they said they could handle and were paid for both the demolition and installation. We had to hire a separate company to finish, which were great. We were NOT reimbursed for this extra company. Our a/c filter was completely saturated with dust. They didn’t reimburse for an air duct cleaning. It continued to have bamboo shavings in the air filters months after despite weekly a/c filter changes. Left holes in the wall we had to repair and paint. Missing and broken electrical outlets we had to replace, cracked our threshold and did not fix. The floor underneath looked like the surface of the moon because their workers are unskilled and inept at US installations. Then when they installed the vinyl the did not fill in the holes they created appropriately so there were places where the floors sunk in. Had to have another crew come in to fix. There are still places in the floor that creak. Did not speak English. Left construction materials in our personal trash and in our backyard. Left soda cans and fast food trash in our house. Felt disrespected by the workers (eye rolling, speaking loudly in Spanish) when I asked them to clean up after themselves which I should not have to do. Did not nail down rounders appropriately. Needed to have someone do that. Did not cut trim at 45 degree angle, had to have someone do that. 3 attempts to replace the tile in foyer and again did NOT cover our furniture in plastic and attempted to mitigate the damage with a broom and dustpan!!!! I told them to stop and cover everything in plastic which they had an attitude about.. had to leave to get plastic but then did not have tape. It isn’t rocket science you know it’s going to be dusty. So I taped it down myself. Then did not use spacers for half of the tile so it was uneven and had to be completely ripped out and started again. Unprofessional did not show up or call at several confirmed dates they were supposed to be working. More complete ridiculousness then I won’t get into. Worst experience I have ever had with any business!!!!!
